amazing stay at casa zapallar. felt like home with attentive staff and cozy atmosphere. rooms were beautifully furnished and bed was super comfortable. breakfast was delicious and enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace.

This hotel is jaw-droppingly gorgeous, with natural wood surfaces and luxurious rooms. The full-size baths are a rare find in Chile. The breakfast is super delicious, and we loved spending time in the main room with its cozy wood-burning stove. The housekeeper/cook's warm welcome and incredible cooking made us feel right at home. The hotel has a cozy and friendly ambiance, and the other guests were also very friendly. The location is perfect, just on the edge of town. The staff, especially Gonzalo, were always professional and helpful. The hotel is beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds, and the breakfast choices were EXCELLENT. The outdoor area is lovely for relaxation. a dreamy and peaceful hotel that I strongly recommend for weekend getaways.

The complementary drinks and snacks in the room upon arrival were a nice touch, and the location was convenient for my business meetings. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the Wi-Fi was reliable and the shower had good water pressure.

The staff was not very helpful when it came to restaurant recommendations or directions around town. the room was quite small, with barely enough room to walk around the bed, and there was no view to speak of.

My stay at this luxurious boutique hotel was truly romantic and exclusive. The natural wood surfaces, beautiful light, and full-size baths made for an exquisite experience. The antique furnishings were unique and made the hotel feel warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by providing exceptional room service and private facilities.

Although I couldn't fault this hotel on anything major, the dining area was a bit small and felt crowded at times. However, the scrumptious breakfast more than made up for the minor setback.

The bed had clean white sheets, and the towels were good quality. The kitchen staff were friendly. The hotel's design was modern and interesting.

Our room was cold, damp, and felt cramped. The hotel staff at the front of the house were not welcoming.
